Requirements to refinance your credit

Below you will find the documents and characteristics to request your credit. Choose the corresponding option.

Natural person

  • Photocopy of the citizenship card.
  • Be the owner or owner of the home*
  • Do not have more than 3 refinancing of the same concept in the last year.
  • The debt to be refinanced must have a balance greater than $50,000.
  • If you are not the subscriber, attach a letter of authorization from the same with a photocopy of the citizenship cards, both of the subscriber and the tenant.
  • Fill out the application form.
  • Come to our offices to sign the required documents and make the payment of your initial fee.

Note: By this means only financing not exceeding $100,000 pesos can be made. If the amount mentioned is greater, approach our nearest office.

Legal person

  • Be the legal representative or be authorized by it*
  • Photocopy of the citizenship card of the legal representative and certificate from the Chamber of Commerce that accredits it.
  • Do not have more than 3 refinancing of the same concept in the last year.
  • The debt to be refinanced must have a balance greater than $50,000.
  • If you are not the subscriber, attach a letter of authorization from the same with a photocopy of the citizenship cards, both of the subscriber and the tenant.
  • Fill out the application form.
  • Come to our offices to sign the required documents and make the payment of your initial fee.
