Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC managed to certify its Quality Management System since October 30, 2002, by the Icontec certifying entity; year after year it has been able to maintain and improve its system, which demonstrates its ability to provide services that meet different requirements, as well as to apply strategies that allow it to increase customer satisfaction and add value to its stakeholders.

The current standard of the quality management system obeys the NTC ISO 9001:2015, where Llanogas S.A E.S.P. BIC trusted its improvements and ability to meet the requirements, which is why it made the strategic decision to migrate to the new version and therefore on October 13, 2016, Icontec gives the conformity of its system, thus becoming the first company in the natural gas sector to be certified in Colombia with this new version and the first utility company in Villavicencio.

With the current standard, Llanogas S.A E.S.P. BIC, has managed to improve its performance and have a total strategic alignment with the different guidelines approved in the organization, whose scope applies to Villavicencio, as well as to the municipalities where it operates.
